Since his return from injury, the Patriots have integrated Lewis into the offense more and more each week. This is the most talented player in the backfield and the Patriots need to get him going before the playoffs start. A big game is coming soon and you need to stash him before that happens or you may not have a chance to get him.
Chris Ivory took over the backfield on Sunday due to an ankle injury that Yeldon suffered in week 11. Ivory is dealing with a hamstring injury that could keep him out which means Yeldon could receive most of the work. The Jaguars face the Broncos in week 13 but Yeldon can still be a decent start in a world that is so needy for running backs.
This backfield still looks like a 50/50 split but Dixon is still valuable in PPR leagues. He is also one injury away from taking over and that is a good enough reason to hold him on your bench as a lottery ticket stash. At the very least, all Terrance West owners should handcuff Dixon.
This is another lottery ticket player. Burkhead played a decent game against one of the top defenses in the NFL and looked like a solid running back. It still may take a Jeremy Hill injury for him to be useable but Hill has been banged up all season and Burkhead can handle a full workload if given the opportunity. Burkhead is a lottery ticket stash in deep leagues.
He was off to a great start this season before ending on injured reserve and he has a chance to return this year. The Lions are in the playoff picture and they desperately need a ground attack to stay on top of their division. He's a phenomenal talent and you need to stash him before he's gone.
