5 QB Streamers (Week 9)

The bye weeks are still turning fantasy leagues upside down but there are plenty of QBs worth streaming this week.

Marcus Mariota

The Titans have been on fire and a lot of it has to do with the great play of DeMarco Murray. This week Tennessee will face the Chargers who have put up fights in all of their games this year. Mariota should be able to pick apart San Diego and the game will be close enough for the Titans to open up the playbook. Mariota has a nice floor this week and is always a threat to run one in for a touchdown.

Colin Kaepernick

The 49ers are still implementing their uptempo offense and that shouldn't change as long as Chip Kelly is coaching. San Francisco is home to the Saints this week and they should be able to dominate offensively. Kaepernick has a high ceiling this week and is worth a start if you're desperate. This game also has shootout potential which is always a good thing for Quarterbacks.

Nick Foles

Alex Smith has been ruled out for the Chiefs game against the Jaguars and that makes Nick Foles a great high upside play in week 9. Kansas City is also expected to play without Spencer Ware which should force the Chiefs to rely more on the arm of Foles. The Jaguars are a decent matchup for QBs and we all know Foles isn't afraid to sling it. Throw in the fact that the Chiefs have great weapons that Foles never had on the Rams last year and we have ourselves a solid play. Foles has a high ceiling but a scary low floor given his history of shitting the bed.

Ryan Tannehill

This stream makes a lot of sense. The Jets have shut down rushing offenses but have been one of the worst against Wide Receivers. Tannehill should be able to take advantage in this matchup given that the Jets are allowing the 9th most fantasy points to opposing Quarterbacks. If you're in a pickle and need a high upside Quarterback then roll with the Dolphins QB.

Sam Bradford

See that look of fear in his eyes? I chose that picture intentionally. That is the look you'll have during his game if you choose to stream him. I am having a hard time recommending him but this week offers the best matchup you can ask for. The Lions have been one of the best teams to target Quarterbacks with and they're expected to play without Darius Slay. If you're desperate for a Quarterback then roll with Bradford and try not to tilt too hard.
